Brunch Ideas: Apple porridge and cinnamon raisin toast

As the name of the blog suggests I have quite an obsession with brunch.  When I have time during the week a good brunch and a good book is my favourite way to pass a morning.

I added some chopped apple, raisins, cinnamon and honey to my porridge for some extra flavour and texture. 


I buttered the bread before putting it into the toaster to make it extra crispy. Then I spread some honey and sprinkled some raisins and cinnamon on top. 


Topped off with some french press coffee in my trusty pacman mug made for excellent morning.
